"Extremely friendly staff. Beautiful and relaxing lobby. I did not use it, but awesome looking pool. I was given an unexpected free room upgrade. Excellent water pressure and temperature in the shower. Very large towels. Lots of lights in the room. Good selection of coffee, tea, and sweeteners.
Very comfortable bed. Very close proximity to restaurants and grocery. If you are lucky enough to get a room with a balcony facing the old city, the view will blow your mind. Especially at sunrise and...

"Manager Jeremy was very helpful, had a problem with noise coming from one of the floors, he dealt with it . Breakfast good, property excellent location, clean, few minutes walk to shopping at mamilla. Superior room was big enough with balcony but downside was two separate beds not one double, but I knew about that before I booked and that was all that was available. . Other than that nothing to complain about and would stay there again. Great little find if you dont want a pool etc."

"I only stayed for one night before traveling, and the room they gave me was adequate. There was some noise from the outside that was a bit annoying in the morning, however, you are in Jerusalem and there is construction everywhere so it is to be expected. My only complaint about the room is that they did not supply some plastic cups to use when brushing your teeth. They did leave a glass by the sink, but I prefer not to use a hand washed glass (there are numerous videos on the Internet about why...
