"This a great apartment for a family of 4. the space is tight since it is optimized for bed. But the plus of having a washer and a kitchen is a huge plus. We could travel light knowing that we could wash clothes. The apartment is very clean and well maintained with enough towels and napkins for us. "This apartment is in such a good location! Very clean, quiet, comfortable mattress, shower with good heat and water pressure, nice washing machine, nice kitchen. The two queen beds are squeezed in one room, so you have to climb over one mattress to get to the other. There was only two of us on this trip, so we did fine. Very close to the train station. "The property was fine and clean, but the layout was very strange and inconvenient with the one small bathroom set apart from the shower/bath. And the bathroom was very tiny and with no trash can. The beds were very comfortable though and clean. The pull out/convertible sofa bed was dirty and stained. Overall, not bad, but I would rather opt to stay in a hotel the next visit. "

"Was a nice place to stay and in a good location. Communication could have been a little sooner in regards to their need of passport information for each guest and providing us with the information needed for access to the destination. We got the final information while on our long flight to Tokyo and due to limited WiFi when first arriving in town, we struggled to provide group details, let alone receive location instructions."

"We stayed for one night and kept our luggages at the concierge since we only bring cabin luggages to our 3 days Osaka trip. We specifically asked for the luggages to be delivered to our room when we return back and would stay for another 6 nights. They didn’t do that and acted like nothing happened. The location is only close to oedo mrt train. The rest of the mrt trains is 800 meters away but you can go by Shiodome underpass. If the price is the same I will recommend Royal Park Shiodome being closer to train station and convenient stores and they have 2 treadmills. This hotel only have one treadmill which mean I have to get up so early in order to beat the rest of the guests for it. Not a bad hotel if you get a good price for it "
