"Check your email before arriving for the checking instructions, they ask to fill up a form with your passport information. This is an amazing location place, you get what you pay. Very close to Shibuya crossing. Nerby 7-Eleven have better supplys"

"This was a convenient place to stay at during our 15-day visit to Japan with at 3 different locations. We stayed 2 days here. This one was walking distance from Shibuya and very close to the train station. I was traveling by train so I don't know how the parking situation was. I did have an issue checking-in because the code wasn't working and to contact the person took quite some time (like 10-15 minutes) so for a while we were outside wondering what to do if the directions were not working....

"This apartment is in such a good location! Very clean, quiet, comfortable mattress, shower with good heat and water pressure, nice washing machine, nice kitchen. The two queen beds are squeezed in one room, so you have to climb over one mattress to get to the other. There was only two of us on this trip, so we did fine. Very close to the train station. "Stayed here for 4 nights on a family trip, 3 adults/3 children. The place is located in a cute little community complex. Less than a 3 minute walk to 7/11 and surrounded by small restaurants and shops, even a grocery store within walking distance. Quick walk to the Hatsudai station which is only 1 stop from the busy touristy things.
