"Newly renovated with modern room was one of my most favorite places I’ve ever stayed in Tahoe. The bed was so comfortable and the TV was huge. The bathroom was amazingly spacious as well. There was a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge which was super convenient. There was a small table with 2 chairs that made it nice to sit at and have a meal. The only thing I would say is that if you’re on the bottom floor you can hear every single footstep and house of the people above you. I did message...

"The beach view was great. The room was somewhat small. Our friends had a non lake view and it was a much larger room…so keep that in mind when booking! We had 2 kids with us so a bigger room would have been nice. But it you’re alone or a couple traveling, the lake view room would be great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The the hotel shuttle was a big help getting us around so we didn’t have to pay for rides. "

"If you are looking for a location close to the Heavenly gondola with onsite parking then this is it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms have everything you need and are comfortable. Parking was great and I was aloud to leave my car for the day after checking out to get some more run in on the mountain. I would definitely stay here the next time I’m looking to ski Heavenly Mountain. "

"Parking was very easy, staff was kind and professional at check in. We were offered a welcome drink which was nice. We stayed two nights, the first night our neighbor was very noisy but the building got quiet after about 11:00pm. We were upstairs and could feel in the floor if folks were walking by, at one point someone ran by and shook the whole room. Would probably ask for a ground level room next time. Access to heavenly was great. A very easy walk, maybe a half mile to 3/4 mile to the shops...

"Great location and property interior well kept and furnished. Outdoor could use more lighting post. Had encounter with bear in parking lot and was not able to see much of the parking area due to poor lighting. "
