"great staff, convenient location"

"The staff was helpful and friendly. When our scheduled cab didn't show up, the front desk called a car service that quickly arrived. The breakfast is adequate but could use more than one fruit. The hotel is clean, but some carpet areas have bleach stains. Overall, a good stay and good location."

"Hotel is very close to subway station which is nice. The E train has stops for both JFK and La Guardia. Breakfast is typical, nothing special but a nice option to save money. Room was clean and housekeeping is available every day if you would like. I would recommend if you have an event in Queens."

"Neither elevator was working, so all the guests had to use the stairs to reach their floors. The air conditioner barely cooled the room, and although the fridge was set to maximum freezing, the inside was merely cool—not even cold. This is our last time staying at this hotel. The only upside is its proximity to Manhattan."

"My remote control for the tv was disgustingly dirty. I literally took a wet washcloth from the bathroom and cleaned it. Even after that the remote was still “sticky”. Instant turnoff from the place. Would I go back, probably not."
