"The owner was extremely accommodating! She and her pup were great company. She even let me check in a tiny bit early and drove me to the airport due to losing my phone during the trip! 100% recommend staying here, what could have been a horrible stay due to being phoneless worked out great thanks to Kim!"

"The bathroom was very small with no counter space. I have never stayed at any hotel (especially one that costs $250/night) that charges you for breakfast. There was a small shop in the lobby that charged $6 for a bagel!"

"It was a place to stay, nice service people we couldn’t get plumbing issue on flushing resolved they finally showed up to roomb(probably a front desk follow up issue) we finally kept lid off and tapped the pump in order to get tank to refill the bathroom wide glass sliding door is directly in front of bed and glass window allowing light to filter to bedroom which is ok with one guest but if another guest is sleeping you will have to do your bathroom thing in the dark, elevators and floor entry...

"The staff at Residence Inn is amazing. Despite, having to deal with unappealing and unsanitary hotel rooms. The hotel is older and in a downtown area, it is understandable to not be in prime condition, HOWEVER, the ROACH problem on the 5th floor was something I had not experienced ever in a hotel in the United States.
