"Room was a mess, ac unit was vibration entire room and can not shut off , maintenance came and reset but no good, hotel declined to switch room stated they were sold out. I will dispute the charges. At the end for shuttle to the airport was not available at the last moment stated it was broke. This hotel is most pathetic globally as I am Hiltonhonor member and never had any Hilton property such a out of order."

"The room and property is very clean. The food at the restaurant is very good and priced well. Staff is friendly and accommodating.Convenient market in the lobby for snacks. Pool area was clean and well kept. Surprisingly we did not hear airplanes in our room with the close proximity to the airport. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Our room was dirty. There was candy on the floor and feminine wrappers in the bathroom. There was also someone else’s glasses hanging on the picture frame. Along with a hot tub that didn’t work and we specifically booked it for the hot tub. But they didn’t indicate that ahead of reservations."

"First off, they gave me an actual key, told me not to lose it, only one they have. My room door was right next to the ice machine, there was no door handle, it was replaced with a pull knob. The heat didn't work (it was 40deg that night) I was told to get a blanket from the front desk. The hotel had to be evacuated because someone threw a lot cigarette out. They waited until the hotel was full of smoke and the alarm finally went off, this was after I spoke w the front desk who assured me they had taken care of it, nothing to worry about. There was no door knob inside my room, just the dead bolt to grab to open the door. The room did not smell that great either. The water barely warmed up, so I didn't use the shower. My room was next to the elevator and it was very noisy. "
