"The hotel is lovely...a wonderful roof bar which we loved. Not good that in our 2 nights staying..our room and bathroom were not looked after...at all. So...wet towels still in room, unmade bed and we needed some more coffee etc. Maybe a mistake but for the £'s...unacceptable."
