"Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend."

"Just enough stuff to say they had it. Tiny pool, tiny hot tub, and the breakfast was trash. Watered down orange juice, crap sausage in water, was all trash. We ate some where else. Would not recommend or come back here"

"The Village and World Mark is the only place we stay when visiting Steamboat Springs. Excellent for families with the kitchen and separate bedrooms. Amenities are top notch including several hot tubs and pools. Kids love the arcade, afternoon popcorn, and swimming. Very clean room with everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The grounds are beautiful and kept very clean. Great staff that are very attentive and make this the best place to stay in Steamboat."

"The hotel is like a 1 bedroom apartment, convenient for families. There is a family of bears that like to hang out at the back of the trees by the hotel! This was very special to us."

"They property was run down, smells and is dirty. The rooms are dirty and furniture is loose and falling apart. Doors unsealed and water goes from warm to cold. Outside is broken cement everywhere paint chipping off building. Pictures are a lie."

"Have always looked forward to staying at the LaQuinta's as the consistency of the experience is aways predictable and what degree of great. Not so much this time. Front desk people seemed so bored and unconcerned about life. As I always do upon reserving any hotel room is ask for 1st floor or close to the elevator. Ok, no elevator but "no problem, just climb those 22 steps, luggage and all and your room is right there!" Husband has parkinson's and unable to assist in carrying luggage. Hum, at...

"Small room. Incredibly small bathroom. Needed help getting the TV to work. No real instructions. Pretty much bare minimum. Convenient to downtown is about all it has going for it."
