"Furniture in room was not useful, only for decoration. Lobby bar closed on spur of the moment at 6:30PM with 7 patrons due to bartender issue. Onsite Manager did not offer to continue service despite requests to do so. I would not go back as there are better hotels in Yountville and vacinity at similar prices."

"This is a 5-Star hotel across the board. From the moment we pulled in to the Valet, everyone was welcoming and helpful. We had a short tour of the property with the Reception Host upon check-in, showing off the highlights of the property. Tranquil, Relaxing, Peaceful, worth a return visit soon, are all words/phrases that come to mind. We hope to be back again sooner, than later."
