"Overall would recommend. A few hiccups which is why I gave 3 star overall. Room is spacious and ideal for a family.
Room was clean but no soap and was not informed at check in nor provided an alternative. Door to the bathroom was not closing properly. Informed the staff 2x and nothing was done. Breakfast ends too early."

"When my family and I arrived in the evening, the pool area was busy but both the water slide and the hot tub were not usable when we arrived, the main reason we chose this hotel. Later that evening when I checked on the pool area and there were no kids, both the slide and hot tub were working."

"Absolutely Terrible Experience – Not Worth $300+ Per Night
I am genuinely shocked by how disappointing our stay was. For over $300 a night, the condition of this hotel and lack of guest service are unacceptable.
