"The staff was amazing. Had an issue with my AC unit thr second day, went out for the day to explore Naxos, when I came back they changed the whole AC unit. Gave me some pointers on which attractions to visit and help me rent a car."

"Pros: Beautiful and clean pool, great breakfast, shuttle to an amazing beach Cons: Our family room was basic (no headboard, one pillow per person), small tv, our patio had no plants or coverage as depicted in pictures and small bathroom. Mini golf and ping pong table need updating to be playable. For the price was a reasonable stay - was clean and quiet. Would recommend a car to access restaurants."

"The hotel was very clean, beautifully maintained, great ambiance and the staff was unbelievable! Helpful,courteous,friendly willing to give advice for the best experience in Naxos. Breakfast every morning was amazing words cannot describe delicious!!! Pool was clean, pool side chairs and tables were in immaculate condition. Room was beautiful marble throughout air conditioned and great views of the sea and mountains. Definitely recommend to others! And if I ever come back, I will definitely be...

"We cannot speak highly enough about this hotel and the wonderful Vicky. From our first arrival she treated us like family and the extra little touches didn’t go missed. Our first room was amazing but we asked if there was one a little closer to the pool as my wife has mobility issues so we asked for one with fewer steps. This was no problem at all. In fact Vicky moved both rooms so we were still together. Beach towels, cups of tea when we sat, all without asking. Nothing was too much trouble....

"I travel frequently and have stayed at many hotels and resorts globally. Lianos Village is a 5-star stay without question. The rooms are well appointed, sound proofed, comfortable beds, fantastic balconies, strong AC and wifi. The property is well maintained and beautifully laid out. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal. And the family and staff that run the place are incredibly kind, helpful and caring. I will not hesitate to recommend to everyone I know and hope to return one day!"

"The front desk charged extra for having 2 extra friends in our hotel room for a couple hours. Though the max occupancy is 3 in the room. I couldn’t believe it. It was a total of 4 of us and they were there for a couple hrs. They used no amenities of the hotel. Front desk was so rude. The hotel is very nice and clean. It’s very very windy since the hotel is high up on a hill so we didn't really enjoy the pool. But we would not stay again. "

"Perfect spot close to beaches and shops and restaurants. Great views, easy to get around. Unfortunately we had several Power outages which made cooking meals challenging, but the management responded promptly when we raised our concerns and tried to rectify them. Daily breakfasts were lovely and Patricia was very helpful and reaponaive."

"The room and bed were clean. Towels were tiny for bathing. The bathroom needs TLC, along with the rusting on the door handles. There are also no water glasses, water, coffee or coffee cups in the room. They charge $3 euro for a beach towel, and do not have beach front or beach chairs. Given the cost associated with what was paid, I would not return. The chef has great ingredients, but the food is poor. The only thing I liked was the croissants and boiled eggs."

We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. The cleaners said they smelt the odour but the manager came in to the room and...
