"We booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub because we came with a child.
The pool pumps were not on and the hot tub was so filled that if 2 people would go it the pumps would stop working cause there was too much water.
When asked the staff they seemed annoyed and nothing was ever done"

"Thr room we stayed in for THIS visit was clean, but had the odor of dog and overly febreezed to get the scent out. It was overwhelming, and nauseating.
I did mention it to staff, but they didn't seem overly concerned. I had to inquire if there's floors that are pet free for further stays because some of the other hotels are tight on the road and thus hotel is set back from the road, thus quieter.
Friendly check in, nice grounds, but they should inform guests ahead of time of the floor...
