"This property is perfect. There is nothing we did not love! The staff are friendly and engaged not your usual hotel staff… they really care! The renovations are perfect… every part of this property is well styled and decorated! The breakfast was amazing… homemade and so much better than the usual hotel buffet. "This was THE BEST night in a hotel in my hole life! (and I’ve slept in many hotels and all the ones in Plattsburgh since I’ve been going at least 6-10 times a year for the past 20 years. Had visited a few times since it changed from Holiday Inn to Days Inn , but this time was the best!! First, the staff at the front office was super friendly. The room: clean, quiet and the bes, geez…wish I had that one at home. Thank you for the perfect night of sleep and rest. Will be back soon. "
