"The woman I encountered when I first arrived was very rude. I was about 45 minutes early for check-in. No one was at the desk but I could hear someone behind the wall talking. She walked out, said can I help you. I told her I was a bit early for check-in and she told me that I had to wait because I had a king room. "The rooms were very clean, beds were super comfy. Hotel was very nice. Things I didn't like: they only offered pay breakfast. Expensive pay breakfast at that. As much as the rooms are, I wish they included breakfast. In the room, the bathroom door doesn't offer a lot of privacy. It's a sliding barn style door so it doesn't fully close. Traveling with family so we didn't love that. The washer and dryer were $4 each load, each machine. $8 to wash and dry my son's lacrosse uniform. Staff were...

"This is a very quiet clean hotel and the rooms are comfortable and spacious."

"Room smelled like stale cigarettes. Looked run down and old. My bathroom had zero amenities. No soap , not even hand soap. Bed was hard as a rock. Definitely wouldn’t recommend"

"Pickup at airport within 20 minutes. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable. What stood out above and beyond were the staffs commitment to the customer. From the first shuttle driver to the gal that has 2 sons all were cheerful and very friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this hotel with these staff members.
