"My room has either no hot water halfway through shower or no water at all. Response time were unacceptable - about 45 minutes after calling the front desk 4 times. Front desk staffs were not welcoming. Waited for about 1/2 an hour to check-in. Takes 15 minutes to check me in despite I've reserved my room 6 months ago. Can't print receipt when asked and promised to email it to me - still pending. Worst Marriott hotel I stay so far."
