"I stayed here for 2 nights. High expectations due to rating of 9,8 and price of 750Euro for 2 nights In that respect, It was a disappointment. It’s a nice hotel, central, okish. Staff very helpful and friendly….but few When I arrived , I thought it was a mistake. Its among many hostels, and outside/entrance reminded me of a boutique small hotel/hostel.. I stayed in Lyall Melbourne. That was a true 5 star boutique hotel in a very nice area. Ok, prices differ between Sydney and Melbourne, but...

"During my stay I encountered several cleanliness issues including an un-vacuumed carpet, an uncleaned bathroom, a bug found on my toothbrush, and broken glass in the bathroom. The team were responsive when contacted and did arrange a partial clean the following day which improved the carpet and smell.
