"Gorgeous hotel in a very cool neighbourhood -you can catch a super cheap tram to get into the CBD. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable (Max in Bar Julius was a standout sweetheart). The room was modern, clean and specious with a gorgeous shower. There are some great restaurants in the local area (Regina & NOUR were both lovely). It was a bit of a pain having to go to a gym down the road but that was the only negative! "

"Everything about this hotel was perfect - large comfortable bed, great blackout blinds and soundproofing as peaceful nights sleep every night! Water refillable bottle and stations on each corridor, and shower was great! And fantastic location - will def be staying again when return."

We loved being so close to the trams and train, and we could get into the centre in just 5 minutes. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed all the amenities of the room. "Was an absolutely amazing experience staying for a milestone birthday. Recognised for my Bonvoy status even though it was booked through a third party platform and upgraded to a suite with a partial harbour view. Was lovely having a beer on the patio looking over the gardens and harbour. Surprised with balloons in the room with cake from Chef. Then later surprised again with more sweet treats and candle with the staff singing happy birthday when I went to the club lounge for pre-dinner...
