"The only one bad thing I will say is the elevator of the hotel. We waited 30-40 min to find get from 19 floor because it was so busy. The staffs are nice and helped us. I’d come back again, but definately plan for long wait for the elevators."

"I’ve heard and seen a lot of negative reviews about this hotel and I do not know why….my experience has been outstanding during my stay…….the front desk staff was so nice and professional…..the room I stayed in was nice and clean…nice size….literally the only thing I didn’t like is the shower head being on the ceiling….everything else was great!!!! I’ll definitely stay there again"
