"Great services , concierge good advice, professional bartenders, lovely breakfast."

"It’s not at all like it used to be since the Chicago hotel group took it over. They no longer answer the phone. You have to text them and usually it takes them a long time to answer, if they do it all they no longer claim the rooms once you check in it’ll be three days before they clean a room you need to call if you need towels or anything. You cannot call the front desk. You have to text somebody and hope that they text you back in a timely fashion… Which never happened"

"I did not realize that Internet was not included. I was charged $50 a day for Internet and discounts on food- none of which I used. I had prepaid for the room then still ended up being charged $150 for that and then more money for other fees. There is not a microwave in the room but one in the hallway?!?! I just felt like for what should be a nice hotel, it lacked basic amenities you get at cheaper hotels. I would probably choose a different hotel in the same area next time."

"The check-in staff were amazing. Friendly and efficient. The only negatives for the stay were: 1) parking with in & out privileges is limited. So don't count on that! 2) only half of the elevators were working, so expect to wait when going up or down. 3). Expect road noise due to proximity to the interstate. "

"The only reason why I did not give a 5 star review is because I was told there was a historic building fee, which I was happy to pay, but did not know I would see it daily on my invoice. I find it would be more helpful to have a flat rate shared, instead of a $26 random fee daily (which I see after I receive my final invoice) for clarity purposes."

"Soooo I paid for the lake view the lake view was not really a lake view the lake is in front of some other buildings I had to have a room change for that reason I appreciated the effort but it was really no difference the carpet in the room looks like it needs to not be there they could do without it gives dirty vibes I had hair in my sink line someone had been shaving the shower wall tile needs a good cleaning the bottom of the shower is horribly stand up for the price I paid I don’t see myself...

"The shower smelled like mildew because the base tile was loose and had water under it. The air conditioner fan squealed every time it started. The TV had 2 bright spots on the screen, probably lying from former damage."

"I love how everyone can’t go to just any floor with their keycard. That’s great for safety. The rooftop bar was nice and beautiful especially at night. The hotel staff was quick, efficient, and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and fresh every morning."
