"Our stay at the Embassy Suites didn't start off great at first. When we checked in, a man was very rude at the front desk. We got our room and the room was very clean. The amenities were very convenient including the breakfast and the laundry facility. The mall of America was right down the street. It was a central location for food and all the places we had to go for a bowling tournament. Although the first part of the stay was a little rocky, a man named Polo who worked there was very kind, helpful, and had great customer service. Polo needs a raise, he made our stay way much better. Thank you so much!"
