"We loved the executive lodge,nice and warm and clean,we had food in the restaurant which was lovely,it was quite lively as the was a wedding but the setting of the property is stunning,breakfast was just ok the food was warm and the plate was extremely hot bit wierd."

"Staff were really lovely and helpful. A minor issue (lightbulb in main light had gone) was resolved in minutes. Room was clean and warm, bathroom was dated but clean and the shower was really powerful!
Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as my daughter is fussy!
The hotel is ideally located for the town centre, piece hall and eureka, and parking is a 1 minute walk away. Have seen lots of negative reviews of this hotel but honestly there was nothing wrong with it. I travel a lot for work and...

"What an amazing boutique hotel. Fabulous location at the bottom of a wonderful cobbled hill. Lovely room with comfortable bed. Perfect location. Great cooked breakfast - very tasty. Lovely lady called Janet was the welcoming waitress. We had a great chat. Couldn’t fault the place at all. We’ll return! "
