"Everyone here was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very close to the main station and the Belvedere and a pleasant walk into the city centre. A lot of thought has been put into the design of the hotel and the food provided - we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to come again."

How ever minor calculations like a budget airline would be mistake, we faced the generous side of the hotel during late checkin / early checkouts. I was visiting another 5star very well know place before but switched to Steigenberger."

"We stayed here twice with a trip to Salzburg in between. The metro is just outside the front door and Schönbrunn Palace is a 20-minute away. Next door is a mall with a grocery store and several restaurants. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet abundant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything worked well"

"The location is excellent, staff were nice. In hotel price for drinks was way too high and limited. So just avoid that and go to a local spot nearby and there are plenty. While the hotel claims Air Conditioning it is in fact only available during certain seasonal times. We were here late April in hot weather and had to sleep with windows open and there is a LOT of urban dust/dirt in the air. "
