"Hotel was very good,room clean,staff very friendly and professional. "

"They had a free breakfast...the area it's in was not too safe in the evening. The front desk staff was all right but not particularly friendly. The view was nothing special but at least the place itself felt safe because they kept the front lobby locked to outsiders. They had a vending machine in the lobby, so although water was not free, at least it was available to purchase. They don't store your luggage, so we had to pay an extra $30 to extend our checkout time just so we had a place to keep...

"Liked the hotel and the staff. Easy walk to restaurants and the metro. However, room lacked a comfortable desk, and lobby area is just two chairs. Hotel could use with a desk area in room or in common area. Would consider again in any future visit to Santiago. LuF"

"Unfortunately the bar was closed being Sunday. Lovely little restaurant bar over the road. The evening staff member was excellent he ordered an airport transfer for us and went out of his way to look after us. Great stay thanks"

"the room was clean but the AC was set at 25 degrees and I could not change it. the AC remote control did not work. I had to have breakfast at 7am and they did not have hot milk or eggs, just bread, ham and cheese and sweet options until 8am but they do not say that on the information. room was basic, area at night does not feel safe."

"A mid-range hotel in a convenient central location. A maximum of 10 minutes' walk to the Plaza de Armas. There was always someone at reception who spoke English. We had a room with air conditioning on the sixth floor overlooking a side street closed to traffic. Our room was a comfortable size with good Wi-Fi. The shower was hot with a strong jet. Everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. Unfortunately, the coffee was very weak. The staff were very friendly and...

"The air conditioning not working, we needed to open the window and it was very noisy. The night staff extremely violent and rude (Venezuelan). They include parking but fail to mention that you will need to pay for it. "

"Great location! Most things are reachable on foot, and the staff speaks English. Our duplex apartment in the building next door to the hotel was fine (if you do not expect any cleaning but towels can be changed at the reception.) Unfortunately, the reception refused to take our pre-stamped postcards to the mail. It's quite strange for a hotel to decline such a simple request."

"The hotel is well located and is in a safe area The room was not overly large and is a bit dated. Some noise does come up from the internal cafe downstairs with loud talking and furniture. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A number of restaurants nearby."
