"Conveniently located Midtown Atlanta the Staff is real cool laid back rates are reasonable. The rooms are clean They have smoking and non-smoking rooms and there’s no bugs."

"Room had roaches everywhere I couldn’t sleep so I just stayed up because they kept walking around. The bathroom smelled like dirty cleaning water, the walls were cracked like it had an mini earthquake, some of the walls had paint stripped off and smoke ashes in my room phone as well as on the bed and the bed had multiple blood spots. Do not go to this location if you can avoid it. The tissue holder in the restroom look like it can give you a disease."

"We were disappointed with our stay. We were surprised to have to pay $15 a night for parking after already paying to stay at the hotel. When selecting the room, we selected for breakfast to be included. Breakfast was not offered either morning. The elevator was frightening. Pretty sure it needs to be inspected. We were on the floor with an ice machine but no vending machine(3rd floor). The closest vending machine was on the second floor and the only choices were coke(we got the only one...

"Several issues. Bugs in room, alive and dead. Phone lit up but did not ring ruining my wake-up call. My "quiet" requested room was close to the outdoor pool and facing the noisy street. Shuttle driver left 10 minutes before schedule, causing me to wait for next one 30+ minutes later, causing lateness to an event. "It was quite and cleaned"

"The room was not clean upon arrival, and the sheets appeared dirty. When I requested clean sheets from the staff, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. Housekeeping services were not provided daily as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. Additionally, after expressing concerns about these issues, I was told to leave without a refund. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall experience were disappointing."
