"The room was very clean and passed my wife's inspection! 😁. It was well decorated and all the appliances worked well. The breakfast was very good, with good options, though no black pudding, in Lancashire!. Items were regularly refilled and of good quality. What stood out to me, as a retired caterer, was the teamwork by all the staff, both back and front of house, to ensure tables were regularly cleared and cleaned so new guests could enjoy their breakfasts. "Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons.
