"Breakfast has a good selection. Staff at the breakfast was very prompt in keeping items fresh and hot. Overall the hotel is looking tired. The carpet on the third floor has bumps and ridges that could potentially cause problems with people who are not as stable walking. In the room things just looked tired. Lamp shade coming apart. The bathroom is very clean, so much that the wood surfaces are getting worn off. For a one night inexpensive stay it was ok. I wouldn’t want to have that as a longer stay. The check in clerk was a fun oilers fan!! Love the play off decorated front desk. "

"There were no hand towels at all. Only allowed two towels . No dish clothes or paper towel. Two towels for two days for everything. "

"Another fantastic stay!!! If you have pets, this is the hotel for you! They have a small fenced area for your animals! Our room was spotless (pet room), no odours or stains! The breakfast is adequate! Decent selection to start your day! Front staff are phenomenal! A huge shout out to Melody for the super easy check in! Overall, would recommend! We will be back!"

"This is a nice hotel but staff was horrible. The front desk manager was rude and unprofessional. I called to ask a simple question one evening and he was rude and just hung up on me. One night some kids were partying until 12:30 smashing doors and making a racket in the hall I called front desk to let them know and nothing was done about it. When I told the manager and asked for a discount as I was going to stay one more night he charged me more than Expedia haha. I won’t stay here ever again. And I don’t recommend it. "
