"Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, quiet grounds and the kids loved the pool. Rooms and hotel were spotlessly clean and plenty of room outside for the kids to run around safely, nice little garden too but tucked away at the back."

The room's TV did not work, and it was not clean. Part used complimentary shower gel was available however. The door handle to the room came off in my hand. "Welcoming owners Helen and Andy provide a warm, comfortable and luxurious B&B in the heart of lovely Eccleshall. Helen's artsy skill are shared in abundance, with every little detail attended to. Our room overlooked the beautiful garden at the back of the property, adjacent to private car parking, and a gentle stroll down to the town. We plan to stay again, truly a delightful experience."
