"We really enjoyed our stay at The Little George! Geoff was super kind and helpful, showed us to our room. The room was lovely and spacious and very clean, lovely bathroom with a big shower (the included toiletries smelled amazing too!). Well stocked minibar, teas and coffees etc. WiFi was very good too, easy to connect and fast, which is needed in this area as mobile data signal can be a bit iffy. "Staff excellent, room very small no chair or even room for bags. Wifi in room also poor. Bar food and service excellent and the welcome pack and light breakfast choice good. Clean but the building is ageing. The steps to the rooms really need to be illuminated or there will be a fall"

"Booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child , only 1 bed in the room , was told people normally bring their own bed for a child , eventually they brought a fold up bed !! Cooked breakfast awful on 2 occasions , no aircon so rooms very warm , some staff excellent ,sadly some awful attitude"

"The property itself was lovely. However, during my two day stay, the water temperature in my room's en suite bathroom was cold, and then tepid, both for the basin and shower. The shower water pressure was also very poor. Finally, I had early starts on both mornings, and the fire alarm went off in my bedroom due to "steam" from the bathroom. I could not switch it off, and it was extremely embarrassing early on a Sunday morning. Staff nice, parking good, but a disappointing stay due to the lack of...

"I recently stayed here for a training event. The facilities were generally ok and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was good. Some parts of the property do feel a bit dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. The main issue I had was with the shower in my room, which had no cold water at all and was boiling hot. Unfortunately, I only discovered this in the morning, so there wasn’t really time for it to be fixed before I had to leave."
