"It was a real countryside experience. Beautiful, clean and peaceful. The owners were welcoming and genuine. The double bed in the Robin's Nest room was uncomfortable. I slept in the single bed which was much better. If it wasnt for that, the stay would have been perfect. "

"Lovely stay but made amazing by the Chefs. If you have the opportunity to visit be sure to have one of their specialty burgers - Salt & Pepper Chicken Burger or the Lamb Feta Burger. Both amazing and on my top 10 of best evers. "

"Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean. Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared. A book regarding the building was also an interesting read. "The room was bright and airy and very clean. Although the re was no-one to welcome us the key was left in the door. The only real negative was the shower. It was very small and a bit of a struggle manoeuvring the door to actually get in it!! However, the location was good for us and also being a pub was handy for food. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Stayed here as i was attending a conference at the same site, and the price was great, plus it included my evening meal and breakfast. Last year i stayed at another hotel further away, and meals had to be bought off-site, so this was a much better option for me this time. Really enjoyed my time here and will be back next year."
