"Didn’t like anything. Sketchy place. No one on the grounds when we tried to check in. Had to find a different place to stay"

"Property was clean and breakfast was decent. What I didn’t like was that they are remodeling and they started working before 8 AM on a Saturday. They were hammering directly below our room and my wife and I could hear everything clearly and it woke us up."

"The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was large, modern, and clean. The pool and hot tub were good and had a great atmosphere with huge windows. Great breakfast! Will stay there again when in the area!"

"I would not recommend staying here the staff has terrible customer service skills and property is infested with roaches. I would recommend just spending a extra 10 dollars a night and go to woodspring suites or something also the eggs were moldy that they were serving"

"Extremely noisy air conditioning unit. Kept me awake it was so loud. Kids jumping around in room above from 8 PM to midnight and again starting at 4AM. Extremely pungent nasty smell in hallway of third floor."

"Beautiful room, perfect for a family. Pool was clean. Room was immaculate. Able to walk to an event next door at the arena. Parking was a breeze. Breakfast was good."

"We stayed one night as a family and the experience was great. We were met by friendly staff at every turn. Everyone was kind and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. Parking was easy felt secure. Breakfast was hot and fresh. They had choices for everyone. We did not use the hot tub or pool but when I looked at it there were towels and the area was clean. The staff again was very kind and helpful."

"Let's start with the positives, the hotel is in a convenient location to Mohegan sun, and the room was spacious, after that there not much positive to say. Yes the room was clean, but the shower head being held in by caulk, the stains on the ceiling, the iron board being broken, the TV not working, are just some of the disappointing things about the hotel. "This is my second time at this hotel I had an amazing time. I booked a suite and I loved it. I really enjoyed the pool and the Jacuzzi, also the sauna. The food was amazing for breakfast. Also, I love their burger. Definitely will go again I really enjoyed going to the gazebo outside. Love this hotel."
