"Based on high ratings, we chose this hotel for a weekend getaway, but it was a deeply disappointing and stressful experience. From the moment we walked in, the room had an awful, oppressive odor. My son suffers from asthma, and the smell immediately triggered a severe attack. We spent the night awake just waiting for sunrise so we could safely pack up and leave early.
The cleanliness standards were completely unacceptable: the sheets were visibly dirty and carried a stale, unpleasant odor, and...

"My room was not ready when I checked in at 5pm. The floors were dirty and bed linen looked very worn. Also both television didn’t work and there was no hair dryer. The only thing we liked about the place was the room with very big and it was nice having a full kitchen and separate living space."
