"Great facilities."

"We had a lovely stay at the Orida Hotel in Maidstone! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with friendly staff who made the experience even better. The swimming pool was a real highlight and a great way to relax and unwind during our stay. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would happily return!"

"The whole experience was a nightmare from start to finish the pool was closed , the room we were given stank of stale cigarettes , and then to top it all off we had a helicopter flying around all night keeping us awake until the early hours , We couldn’t wait to leave we got up and left straight away it was a horrible experience and one we wouldn’t want to repeat."

"Checking in was quick all staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very clean. Staff were very helpful with directions we needed. We would stay here again as it was very quiet happy to recommend"

"Breakfast was a bit bland but the facilities were great, staff were really helpful"

"Staff here are truly lovely! Pet friendly inn in a lovely village setting. Will always use this place as our stop over on the way to France."

"Great staff and clean rooms."

"Property was nice and clean, we are family of 4, very spacious room, plenty of comfy pillows and comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and plenty of towels. Front desk staff Andrew exceptionally helpful with his smiley 😊 greating. Very close to Dover ferry port (40min).7 Only down side was, the heating in the room wasn't heating enough, as we only stayed 1 night, we managed it."

"Lovely characterful property. Friendly staff and very polite, Room was good, huge bathroom and very clean, robes and towels supplied. We did use the pool which was lovely. There is nothing lift so be careful if a bit unsteady on your legs as lots of steps and stairs around."

"Amazing place will be back for sure"

"Small clean well appointed room in outbuilding. Large free car park. Good WiFi. Friendly helpful staff. No food available on sight."

"The hotel is a lovely old pub & breakfast is good. Our room was hot & thought needs to be given to improving the fans in the room. There are a couple of free, open 24 hours car parks within a 2-4 minutes walk. It's old so floors are uneven and there are a lot of half steps."
