"My experience was good, the room was fairly clean there was some dusty areas along with some hair and debri in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. There was no scrambled eggs or milk. Those are basic breakfast items. The orange juice machine was out of order. The fruit seemed old (apples,oranges), the only fresh fruit was the cantaloupe. Overall our stay was good. Everything is new and modern."

"The person who helped us at the front desk was extremely friendly and very accommodating. The property was run down. Our room was less than adequate. No A/C. We had a standing fan. The lampshade was torn. The walls in the bath needed paint and the floors needed replacing. The blinds on the windows did not go up. They were stationary. Breakfast — don’t advertise!!"

"Alexia the best person to represent this hotel. She is friendly, and has exceptional customer service. I had called over the phone to request a roll away bed and to also ask few more questions about the hotel. She accommodated my request and answered all my questions. The breakfast was good. The only downfall was that the jacuzzi wasn't working and the pool was not heated. All the staff were really nice and had great customer service that I don't mind the inconvenience of the spa and pool. They...

"Basically there was no breakfast. Granola bar and some cookies. The shower was great, the bathroom was updated and the bed was comfortable. The rest of the space could use a paint job, chipped paint on the walls etc.."
