"Really enjoyed our stay - it was a last minute getaway! Things I loved: Front desk staff was very nice. Historic lore. Elevator was ample sized. Bookshelves with books everywhere - halls, room - to borrow during stay. Room was nice size. Air conditioning was amazing. Beautiful new pedestal sink, well lit mirror and new high toilet. "When we checked in we were told to ask for housekeeping the next morning to have our room cleaned. We did as we were told however our room was never cleaned and when we asked the front desk they didn’t seem to care that we were upset. We asked for clean towels and at least they gave us that.
