"Good evening, firstly I’d like to say that the start of our stay was very welcoming and professional. However just a few things that I’d like to touch on, our bed was dirty, the duvet had a urine stain on it, the hot tub was filthy and had a hose pipe that my partner nearly tripped up on and had to move to a secure place out of harms way. Lastly id like to comment for more awareness than anything, whilst trying to sleep there were a few people that were trying to get into our bedroom, which...

"Arrived to find the place locked up and had to make a phone call for someone to come to the pub to give us our room key. Apparently there was a problem of having no electricity due to the heat. No evening meal available and no bar; breakfast was average, with some folk having to wait a long time for service. The place was clean and room was comfortable."

"Will definately stay again. Only down side is big hotel with only small carpark, only bout 20 carparking spaces inc bout 4 dissabled. This will also cost you £10 a night"

"Location was good, right off the highway. Lots of free parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good. We didnt have the breakfast. Shower was nice had a bathtub. Beds were ok pillows were hard and not very comfortable. Would stay again."

"Wonderful clean room with many amenities. Exceptional dinner and breakfast all served by very friendly staff. Hotel is in a beautiful setting with lovely large patio, plenty of outside comfortable seating with marvellous views across the gardens. "Had to change room due to faulty electrics. Our original room was the smallest room I've ever seen for a twin. At the end of the day it's an easyhotel so you get what you pay for. Staff lady was very helpful."
