"Wonderful experience with friendly and efficient service nd beautiful spacious room"

"This inn is perfectly located if you want to drink and dine in Carytown and that would be enough BUT it is also owned and operated by some wonderful folks who work extra hard to make you comfortable, the linens are nice, the bathrobes are fluffy, there’s a wine and cheese hour as well as a fancy coffee maker, and breakfast was lovely. Put all that together and you have and even better Richmond adventure. Loved our stay!"

"They didn't have my reservation, which was made about a month before my stay. They never notified me. I will be contacting Expedia for a full refund AND a credit to make this right... or... BONUS POINTS... Expedia please feel free to be proactive and take care of this without further contact initiated from me. As I spend $1000s/ year on Expedia, Full Refund + $50 is what will take to make this right. Thank you."

"Really cool place to stay in Richmond. Very affordable and had a vintage vibe. They also had a book with all of Edgar Allen Poe’s poems and stories. Super cozy rest. The staff is also super friendly and helpful"
