"Super overnight stay, our hostess was extremely welcoming and friendly.
The property is situated in the countryside very quiet how we like it.
There are a few pubs five to ten minutes away that serve excellent food. "

"Enjoyed the hot tub. Delicious full English breakfast 200 yards away at the Burnside Hotel. Great choice of food at the village pub, The Belll.
Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead.
Very clean and well kept property. "

"Pictures do not do this gem of a place justice. Check in was a breeze, the pub is quirky, but the accommodation was fantastic, quiet, comfortable and clean....all wrapped up in a 300 year old stone building. Such a beautiful spot, probably our fave and would love to return."
