Room was very clean and spacious. Staff were very courteous and friendly. The welcome cookies were appreciated by my daughter. But the bath didn’t drain very well when showering and our room was near a fire door which was constantly banging each morning. Not ideal for a lie in!

We stayed 3 nights while going to the Shakespeare theatre. The hotel is in a great location only10 minutes walk from all the activity. As per the title we could find nothing wrong at all, Service was excellent as was hygiene and food. Definite y recommend it and will be staying there again in the future,

Overnight stay while attending a music event. Nice hotel, quite central. Car park fee of £8 was quite expensive in addition to the room & breakfast fee. Should be free for guests. Breakfast was good but was low on stock and had ran out of a few items when we went up to get ours.

Great location close to centre of town but far enough away to be quiet. Spacious grounds and staff are efficient and attentive. My only negative was that the in-room safe didn’t work. Nice clean room and comfortable bed.
