"It was super busy when we went which I can’t blame the resort for but this hotel is very outdated also the weekend we went which was memorial weekend they were doing a bbq and charging $15 for a hotdog and you couldn’t bring your own food or drinks in. They were doing bag checks. I think the pictures ..."

Scottsdale Camelback Resort
"The place was wonderful. Lots to do, grounds were really nice, villa was huge and the pool space was great. On the downside, things were a bit outdated, staff entertainment by the pool was non excistant and they never had a good bartender. Would stay over and over again."

Metro Phoenix Extended Stay
"Staff at the front desk were rude when i asked for towels. No towels were available. No mugs for coffee. Had to switch rooms, 1st one was very dirty and bed unmade, sent the pictures to hotel staff by txt."

"Had 3 erroneous charges for incidentals that remained on my account for 3-5 business days and the front desk basically told me tough luck. For anyone on a budget steer clear of here and plan your stay elsewhere as they will do absolutely nothing to right their wrongs."
