"When booking their was breakfast included this was a reason for booking we booked four rooms and wanted to save with breakfast included but when arriving they told us just to let u know their is no more breakfast u can bring that up with Expedia the pool did not look like the the pictures and there property was not as clean and nice as posted restaurant inside had horrible service and still charged a mandatory 20% tip and on top we had to pay for parking 50 per vehicle also an unexpected fee...

"Clean rooms, decent breakfast, good cleaning service. The only downsides: both of the rooms were booked in the 5th floor smelled like sewers. The area is a not sketchy. Also, our coffee machines in both rooms didn’t work."

"Really good value. Comfy bed, fast wifi, good hot shower, working AC, coffee + refrigerator + microwave in the room. It's not too loud considering how close it is to highway 101. Occasionally heard the SMART train go by but it never woke me up. Simple breakfast of cereal, muffins, and coffee, but as the least expensive hotel option in Marin County it's very good value for what you pay. A little rough around the edges with some paint pealing off in the bathroom but all good."
