"The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. We didn't use the restaurant as breakfast was more expensive than going to the services. It was quiet and excellent air conditioning as we were still in a heatwave."

"The restaurant's staff in the Mansion House were very helpful, especially the tall lady in Head scarf, she smiles and listen to request and made it happen"

"The historic building is simply beautiful, very charming, and well-restored. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was well-equipped. The service in the restaurant was very friendly but extremely slow. The food was rather mediocre. Breakfast was actually quite poor. There was barely a tablespoon of yogurt with the granola, and the toast was cold and hard like rusk. The location itself is beautiful."

"All the staff that we came in contact with, reception, bar and restaurant were really nice and couldn't have been more helpful with a special mention for Vincent in reception who made us feel really welcome. Also the young lady who greeted us at breakfast was lovely and nothing was to much trouble but unfortunately we didn't get her name. We usually stay here two or three times a year and look forward to continuing our breaks away with you."

The staff in the bar, restaurant and hotel were all very nice and happy to help in any request that we had. Food restaurant was great and the atmosphere was terrific – definitely check out the Abbey directly across the street."
