"I was so excited for my stay, according to the pictures of the room I had reserved.
Only to get to the room! So disappointed it was nothing like the pictures, it was very dated carpet was stained and dirty, the shower was slow.
I then went to the front desk, and the as told if I wanted to move into another room I would have to pay extra. I informed the front desk as to why I would have to pay more if I was not given what I had reserved? She went and got a manager Jose who came out to let me know that when a room became available I would be informed. He couldn’t give me a time. I trying to compromise one decided to wait. I spoke to my husband we decided to go ahead and upgrade only if the room I was informed of was going to be like the pictures on their website. When I returned I spoke to another front desk person She couldn’t tell if the room would be as in the pictures as advertised. She then brought out another female manager not sure of her name maybe Maribel
Who informed me that whatever Jose had stated was untrue that I wasn’t getting another room
Please keep in mind I reserved for 4 nights
And they couldn’t even grant me any type of accommodation only because there might be others who would pay for the better room and that room on higher floors weren’t available.
Which was untrue, their website showed rooms available. Horrible experience first and last staying at an establishment which totally disregard Customer service. It was the middle of the week So disappointed"
