"I live in Vegas and this is usually my go-to locals casino when I staycation. But with the way we are nickel'd and dime'd makes me want to stay in my car next time. From no coffee maker in the room to getting charged $1.99 for plastic utensils because I would rather take a to go order and eat it in my room, or the advertised specials like $2.99 shrimp cocktail but only if you earn a certain status on your player card (which they don't tell you on those billboards) and lastly the resort fee...

"Palms was a great value property for our spring break getaway. The room was an average hotel-sized room and mostly clean and well-maintained. The variety in options at the onsite food court was great, and very budget friendly if you don't want to spend a lot at the restaurants. The casino area was a good time, although I wish there were more tables for table games (roulette, blackjack, poker). Felt like a primarily-slots casino. My favorite part about the casino was the minimum bets ($10/15)...

"Breakfast was great and fresh each morning. The bathroom was not cleaned thoughly upon our arrival as there was hair in the shower and a dead bug on the floor as well as missing half the towels. Also the safe was not reset and we could not utilize it. But overall it was a great stay and beds were comfortable, pool was nice and staff friendly. "

"Charged my card $260 when I wasn’t even physically at the property. My brother booked the room under his name and showed up for the reservation but they wouldn’t take his card with his name that’s matches his ID. They said they needed mine as mine was what my brother used to reserve the room KNOWING they would have to change it because it wasn’t my reservation. The front desk when I called TOLD me they couldn’t charge my card since I wasn’t there but yet I was charged?"

"The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s...
