"The person whom we first dealt with at check-in around 1:00 pm seemed to be easily confused. We asked to pay upon departure but were charged ahead of time to an account we would not have chosen. She assured us twice that breakfast was on the second floor instead of the obvious dining area right beside us. Everyone else was great."

"Walked into the room, smelled fresh for being a smoking room. The mirror in the bathroom look like somebody spit on the TV screen was greece and smudge all over it. The carpeting was old, dirty and dingy, as well as the dirty dingy drapes. The TV remote had no batteries or cover and wasn’t working. Had to call for maintenance. They did take care of it right away the continental breakfast that they advertise was not there. I asked the guy at the desk. He says oh I got a few things in the back I...

"The deadbolt on the door did not engage. The toilet wobbled; not secure to the floor. One of the USB ports was broken. The room was not anywhere near reasonable temperature when we entered. When provided feedback on these issues, the staff seemed quite uninterested. On the positive side, the mattress was fantastic and the highlight of the stay. The breakfast provided was also pretty good."

"You get what you pay for. Breakfast was minimal. Lot of noise at 5:30am as workers were leaving but what do you expect when your door opens to the parking lot. Very convenient though. Right off highway and we couldn’t beat the price."

"First off it is being renovated, however the tubs still shouldn’t look the way they do! She gave me 2 different rooms and they both had TERRIBLE looking tubs! I’m assuming it’s the cleaner that they use that left the scum. Some of the towels that were hanging shouldn’t be, luckily I bring my own when I travel!"
