"First room was shabby and the a/c was not working so they immediately changed our room and what a difference. Room was clean, curtains were hung properly on the windows, bathroom upgraded..obviously first room needs to be renovated and shouldn't be used if they want good reviews. Staff awesome here, very accommodating."

"During the renovation that wasn’t mentioned about until you arrived and see everything and just signs on the wall to much going on random workers knocking on doors waking me up, alarm went off in the middle of the night randomly, rooms are not clean and mostly everything broken I don’t usually do reviews but for my 5 day stay this was Mid I’ll maybe try again after renovations but other than that I’m good off it"

"Room was nice & clean. Staff was polite & helpful. Pool & jacuzzi were nice. Breakfast was good but need more staff to help. Only had 1 women and she was doing the best she could. Felt bad for her. It was very busy and as quick as she replenished and put things out… it was emptied. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel was centrally located in Buffalo. A lot to do and a lot of places to go eat."

"The hotel is really run down. There is a musty smell. The front desk couldn’t hear me on the rotary phone. Strong smell of bleach and there was some beetle bug in the bathroom. It is close to Darien Lake, so that was a plus."
