Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. "This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious in the restaurant and breakfast was also fabulous."

"The breakfast was not a buffet but freshly made tomorrow from the kitchen which was wonderful and it was great. Did not use the pool . The bathroom is a cramped and would be for two adults. Parking is also not free so something to bare in mind."

"I have now stayed here 3times in 6 weeks I love the place staff brilliant I travel to watch Wigan at rugby league 230 miles each time as for the beds the most comfortable I have had and I do not stay in the same room different each time wake up really refreshed love the place"
