"Bra säng och allt i och kring rummet var väldigt fräscht. Nära tågstation och andra kommunikationer. Att checka in kvällstid fungerade inte bra i mitt fall. Trots att jag checkat in online och fått bekräftelse sade det digitala systemet att mitt rum ännu inte var klart. Efter telefonsupport löste det sig. "
"The staff member who greeted us at 8:20 in the morning was very helpful. She provided us with maps and Basel visitors passes as well as offered to hold our luggage until our room was ready. Everyone was very helpful and friendly towards us."

"Comfortable, spotlessly clean, great location with excellent breakfast. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel provides vouchers for free public transport and reduced entry to museums and galleries. It easy to walk to the old town in less than 5 minutes. Cafes, bakeries and restaurants surround this hotel. It is older, dating back to 1892... a little dated but I loved every moment there."

"This hotel is in a very convenient location. It is very quiet despite being in the centre. Loads of choices of restaurant around and very close to the river. The service is fine but could be a bit friendlier."
"Walk over the bridge from the hotel to a nice area with a fabulous little French restaurant, highly recommend.
Hote was a bit confusing to enter but it was clean and ok for the one night. "

"This property was wonderful. The code system is really easy and the room was wonderful. The shower was spacious, our room had wall to wall windows which was gorgeous. The hotel DOES have laundry machines that you can use, even though I couldn’t find that on the listing, which was crucial for us. It’s so close to the daily farmers market, where we picked up breakfast every morning, and the Marktplatz tram stops, so it’s incredibly convenient for getting around. I would absolutely stay here again...
"I regret that I did not have a chance to try out the restaurant, and the in-room capsule coffeemaker was not a success, but the internet connection was good, the room was quiet, and the hotel itself was in an excellent location, especially for St. Jakob Stadium. Check-in and check out were very quick, and I paid extra for a balcony, which was well worth the money. It was a great place to relax and have some coffee, and the nice accordion glass doors and windows sealed out the noise at night....
