"An absolutely beautiful property and staff were incredibly kind and helpful! We had a late arrival and the two young gentlemen were waiting at the dock and they helped my sister and I with all our bags. The entire property was very clean and there were incredible views of the water and golf course. Looking forward to returning!"

"The room was fine, but we hadn’t expected to have to walk up stairs to get to our room in a three floor facility. Although it was only a half flight, it was inconvenient. Also, breakfast was not included in the price. There was a good breakfast available near by."

"We had a really wonderful visit at the Inn at Diamond Cove. It was a special adventure and the staff tried to work with us to help us enjoy our visit after arriving very late at night for a one night /one day stay. We knew nothing about the inn or the island's history so it was a leap of faith and well worth it."

"Room was filthy—makeup smudges on the walls and hair in the shower that wasn’t ours. Everyone around us was also extremely sketchy. When we tried to call the front desk, the phones in the room didn’t work. But the front desk was very kind when we walked in to ask for a clean room, and tried to help switch rooms. We were sort of made to feel like that wasn’t possible but zero chance of staying in a filthy room. Would definitely not stay here again until housekeeping is addressed."

"Great location, beautiful, modern rooms with big bathrooms, comfortable beds, spacious areas for storing luggage, etc. and terrific electric black out shades. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful garden in the back and easy access to parking garage and Old Port activities. Highly recommend."

"This was the nicest hotel our family has ever stayed in. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, and it had a beautiful view of the water and a little private deck for us to sit on. We arrived early and the staff was very friendly and understanding and let us check in early. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"My family and I were in Maine for a long weekend. We have stayed here before and had good luck. Our room and bathroom were clean and the water was hot for showers. The only thing we didn’t like was that we were put at the end of the hallway right across from the elevator so we heard the elevator all night. The second thing that we didn’t like is that there was a concert going on and the concert goers were parking in the hotel lot. Once we got back from dinner and the beach there was no parking...

"Hampton Inn is my go-to hotel for everyday travel. The front desk host was very friendly and professional. The room was clean, but a little cramped. Breakfast is always a must for us when traveling with children and this was just as expected. Would stay here again."

"Everything from the check-in through the stay was great. I love the location as it was so central to so many things. The bed was very comfortable and the shower/bathroom was also very nice with top notch products. Having a TV in the living room and bedroom made watching the World Cup easy. The staff were also super helpful on recommendations for restaurants and bars around the area. I'll def be back in the future!"
