"was unable to sleep in the bed as the room had a major issue with black mould in the bathroom which had become airborne & affected the the entire room the smell was over powering slept in a chair as the bed was cover with the black mould smell & was unable to breath, suffer with chest infections which the spores got on my chest I had to call 111 & was directed to Ipswich hospital for antibiotics, never even stopped for breakfast on day 2 felt to ill on antibiotics for next 5 days, this all...

"The location is great as it is very central to the town. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Very clean room which had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely cooked breakfast, too. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the full breakfast but had to wait 15 minutes one morning to be attended. Otherwise hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Ample parking on both sides of the hotel. There is a Starbucks right outside the hotel. "

"The rooms were a bit dated but the staff were all amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were excellent at breakfast, ensuring we had a gluten-free breakfast. The pool was great, as was the bar area, which was perfect in the evening."
