"English review:
I was disappointed with some aspects of my recent stay. First, there were no windows that could be opened to get fresh air in the room.
Second, when I booked and paid for the hotel, breakfast was included in my reservation. However, I was not allowed to receive the breakfast that I had already paid for.
Third, the toilet did not flush properly, which was very inconvenient and should have been fixed before the room was given to a guest.
Overall, I expected a better experience...

"I liked the convenience of free parking. The staff was very helpful.
What I did not like was the continental breakfast. I appreciate that is is included, but I’m not a fan of powdered eggs. Also, there were flies in the area where the food was and the things like whipped cream and toppings didn’t have anything to cover them. Some of the guests let me know before I put any on my waffles and I shared with guests as well.
There needs to be a cover or top for EVERYTHING."
